It’s 3am ( crazy designworking hours ) & I’m sat at home, avoiding coffee & working on my final major project. When I stumbled across a recently posted interview from Design Matters of the extraordinary graphic designer Irma Boom . Specializing in book design & Broom has probably crafted some of the best books in the last decade.250 to be exact. 50 of which are in the MoMa in New York city. One of Broom’s most notable way of working is creating a small scaled mock up book, which has become her signature style . I’m now going to stop speaking about Broom & let the interview do the talking as it’s a beautiful insight to Broom’s story in the Design world.
